Al completes his swim in the paratriathlon
Al Grice was a British paratriathlete and in 2009 he came 2nd in the Corus British Triathlon Disabled Championships. This year he decided to give it a rest and bought himself a waterproof mp3 player; the Speedo Aqua Beat 1gig .
Listening to music while swimming outdoors doesnt seem quite right. But if you are training, maybe a bit of techno could work wonders. Al thinks so! This is his take on a new toy.
